Sending emails to btinternet.com

Hi All, we are having issues sending emails from crash-2000.com domain to any email address ending at btinternet.com.

The issue lies with BT. However, BT say the issue is with Microsoft.

Microsoft have tested the service and insist the issue is with BT.

I know who I am more inclined to believe.

This affects all of our customers on btinternet.com, so please forgive us for not being able to reply to your queries. We are here!

This only affects email, from crash-2000.com.

If you wish, and it would be helpful. do call BT on 0800 800 150. Enter your phone number and choose option 5 and then option 2. Once you start speaking to an operative, just say you are not receiving emails from crash-2000.com. They will try and palm you off.

Unfortunately, they will not speak to me, as I am not a BT customer. So cant do this myself.

BT, one of the biggest communication companies in the world, that cannot communicate.

Thanks for your help and understanding.
